The Judiciary Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 332 "An                     
Act relating to the method of calculating the weight of live                   
marijuana plants for purposes of applying controlled substance laws            
and amending the definition of `marijuana'"  and recommended it be             
replaced with                                                                  
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 332(JUD), entitled:                                    
"An Act relating to the possession of 25 or more                              
marijuana plants."
